Victoria Pero is a Performing Arts teacher at Bergen County Academies and Fitness Instructor in the Northern NJ area. Having taught Yoga, Aerobics, Pilates, Cardio Dance, Step and Barre classes for many years, Victoria loves to combine her training in dance, stage combat, theatre movement and fitness to create a completely unique, head-to-toe, muscle burning work out that can be a gentle experience of detailed stretching or the kind of body blast that can bring a Marine to his knees. Victoria is super excited to join the team at Body Burn Barre and looks forward to creating specialized work outs tailor-made to suit each client's needs.

Barre: A high-level, detailed muscle sculpting class that improves tone, posture, alignment, strength and flexibility. With stretching incorporated into all full-body movements, this super fun class combines a bumping playlist with intense movements that are as quick as they are challenging.

Cardio Dance Barre: A barre class combined with crazy mad dance moves designed for every skill level. With a mix of jazz, ballet, hip-hop, parkour and a dash of circuit, this high-intensity class will fly by as you blast along to a non-stop playlist of great music, while building muscle and burning calories.
